Nature hikes and canoe paddles guided by Adam Shoalts. All excursions offer a chance to meet Adam and ask any questions you have in a small group setting. If canoeing is your thing, or you want to give it a try, join Adam for a paddle on the scenic Grand River with the option of a local pub talk afterwards. If you like how Adam brings history to life in his books, sign-up for a trek with Adam at Queenston Heights. If you’re looking for something really special, and a little more refined experience, join Adam for a hike and paddle to one of the most beautiful lakes in all of eastern North America ( it looks like Lake Louise but is in eastern Ontario!). This exclusive package includes an overnight stay at Viamede Resort, a gourmet breakfast, five-course dinner (and wine tasting for those interested!), and a sumptuous lunch from local ingredients on the lakeshore around a campfire. It’s the ultimate combination of rugged trekking and refined comfort! All hikers/paddles also receive a signed copy of one of Adam’s books. Details on each below:
